I, Cynthia K. McGee, welcome you to the Belmont County Clerk of Courts website. The legal department of the office is responsible for all domestic relations, felony criminal, civil cases, Notary commission, Jury Selection and the 7th District Court of Appeals. With a staff of 6 they process around 80,000 entries per year onto court dockets.

The title office is located at 121 East Main Street at the Kacsmar Building with 6 employees who process on average 33,000 titles per year. June 21, 2011 a branch office was opened in Belmont County Courts, 400 Imperial Plaza, in Bellaire and is currently opened Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30-4:00 to serve the citizens of the county.
