LEGAL DIVISION

Legal Department Supervisor Joann Kightlinger has been with the Belmont County Clerk of Courts since 1973. She has been the Legal Department supervisor for over 20 years. Joann oversees all operations of the Legal Department and does the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court reports. As a side note, Joann is a graduate of St. John's High School and attended Wheeling Jesuit College. She also was a hairdresser for several years in Florida before returning home.

TITLE DIVISION

Title Department Supervisor Chris Sharp has been with the Belmont County Title Department since 1974. She has been the Title Department Supervisor since 1992. Chris oversees all operations of the Title Department. She also works with accounting and does the end of the month reports. Chris is a graduate of St. John's High School. Chris lives in Bellaire, Ohio and is an avid Bellaire High football fan.
